Our Osteopathic education programs are accredited by the AOA. The program provides interns with increasing responsibility for patients. Our faculty are dedicated and focused supporting our training programs.
Working as a team with physicians and residents to manage patient care and mastering procedure techniques, is the focus of the internship.
We also have extensive didactic programs, which are reviewed and updated constantly from input from the staff and interns. You will receive a didactic education program that is complement by many layers within your specialty.
We have recently implemented a Skill Lab curriculum for all interns. This eight-week program is delivered 4 times a year. Skills such as suturing, wound management, insertion of lines, procedures, ACLS reviews, and orthopedic splinting and casting will be taught by attendings with assistance from our resident staff.
